1.1 These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the Internet on the site “www.krollit.com” with registered office and owned by:
Krollit di Sandra Gaspar, with registered office in Sirignano (83020_AV), Via Giovanni Falcone 46 /C, VAT number 02968120648, hereinafter also referred to as the “Supplier”.
1.2 The following General Conditions of Sale form an integral part of all supply contracts, even when orders are placed by telephone, verbally, by fax, estimate, e-mail or internet.
1.3 The following general terms and conditions of supply will remain effective until any changes are published on the website www.krollit.com and will not be changed by the Supplier. Any deviating conditions will be valid and effective only if expressly agreed to in writing.
1.4 Krollit markets the products listed on this site to both private individuals and professional customers (users such as artisans, professionals, industries, wholesalers, retailers, etc.). In this case, the customer guarantees that the purchase of the products is for exclusively professional purposes, i.e., related to their work activity. In the case of direct sales to a "consumer" (a natural person acting for purposes not related to any professional activity they may carry out), the relationship between Krollit and its customer will be governed by consumer protection regulations (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as integrated and amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014).

2.1 The contract stipulated between Krollit di Sandra Gaspar and the Customer is deemed concluded with the partial or complete acceptance of the order by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner.
2.2 By placing an order using the various methods provided on the site, the Customer declares that he or she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the general conditions of sale and payment.
2.3 If the Customer is a private consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, they will print or save an electronic copy and retain these conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05 on distance selling.
2.4 The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
2.5 Krollit declines all responsibility for any errors in images or text on the website www.krollit.com.
2.6 The Customer is prohibited from entering false, invented, or fictitious information in the registration process required to initiate the execution of this contract and any related communications. The personal details and email address must be the Customer's own and not those of third parties or fictitious.

3.1 The Customer may purchase only the products listed in the online catalog at https://www.krollit.com at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant technical and information sheets. The technical information provided faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalog. Krollit di Sandra Gaspar therefore reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to match that provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice.
All information supporting purchases (glossaries, guides, etc.) is intended as general information and does not reflect the actual characteristics of each individual product. The image attached to a product page may differ in some respects, but may also differ in color, size, and accessory products shown. Images and technical data are confidential; all information is provided without warranty.
3.2 Receipt of the order is confirmed by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar via an email response sent to the email address provided by the Customer during the order process. The order confirmation email contains the following information:
Order number and date : to be reported in any communication with Krollit di Sandra Gaspar
Product(s), quantity, price;
Payment type chosen;
Cost of transportation;
Total order amount.
The message contains the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to communicate any corrections promptly, using any suitable means.
3.3 The order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving payment, without prejudice to the fact that in the event of non-acceptance of the order, Krollit will promptly notify the Customer.
3.4 All prices on the product pages include VAT at the current rate in Italy for private users. Users registered as companies will find the taxable amount and VAT separately. For deliveries to non-EU countries, a special price list without VAT will be applied.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, a price list will be applied with a separate indication of VAT at 20%.

If paying by bank transfer, the order will be processed and fulfilled only after the payment has been credited to the current account, the details of which are shown below and which will be communicated when placing the order if you select bank transfer as the payment method:

CREDIT AND PREPAID CARDS
We accept payments with major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Commercial, Maestro, Carta Si, American Express) and prepaid cards. Credit cards are linked to a bank account. On the back of the card, you'll find a security code (CVV2 2 CVC2) used for online payments. Online transactions are completely secure because no one, except the bank handling the transaction, can access your credit card details.
Postepay is a prepaid card marketed by Poste Italiane. Like other prepaid cards, it consists of an electronic payment system linked to a payment circuit: the cardholder loads a certain amount onto the card, and any purchases made are deducted from this amount. It is widely used for online purchases thanks to features such as instant crediting of top-ups and its low purchase cost.

PayPal Pay in 3 is available on thousands of sites, but may not be available for certain merchants and products.
If you choose PayPal Pay in 3 installments as your payment method when paying with PayPal, we'll redirect you to the application process. The decision will be instantaneous, but not all customers will be approved based on our internal and/or potentially external checks.
'Pay in 3 installments' is available for eligible purchases from €30 to €2,000.
Klarna in 3 installments
If you choose Klarna Pay in 3 instalments as your payment method when paying with Klarna, we'll redirect you to the application process. The decision will be instantaneous, but not all customers will be approved based on our internal and/or potentially external checks.
'Pay in 3 installments' is available for eligible purchases from €100 to €4,000.

5.1 Sales made on https://www.krollit.com are classified as mail order and therefore do not require an invoice as required by art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/72, and do not require a receipt as required by article 2, letter oo) of Presidential Decree 21/12/1996 no. 696.
5.2 From January 1, 2019, for each transaction (with VAT number) made on Krollit, an electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the customer via the SDI (Italian Revenue Agency Exchange System). The electronic invoice must be requested when placing the order by filling in the VAT number and tax code, certified email (PEC), or SDI code fields. Customers who register as private individuals will be issued a receipt.

6.1 Krollit di Sandra Gaspar accepts orders with shipments to Italian, European and non-European territories (excluding Switzerland (only with an EU address), Malta and Cyprus).
6.2 The goods will be delivered to the couriers we work with based on the destination and the service requested by the Customer:
Gls: for shipments sent by the Bernardo headquarters up to 30 kg

Shipping times with GLS (Italy and Europe) within 4 – 8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from payment of the order.
Dachser: for shipments sent by the parent company Bernardo over 30
Dachser/Fercam shipment search
Shipping times with Dachser/Fercam (Italy and Europe)
within 5 – 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the date of payment for the order.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.
In special cases, and if you live on the islands or in a peripheral area, delivery times may extend up to 6-14 days.
The goods will be delivered to the destination address specified at the time of ordering.
6.3 The customer will receive an email confirming shipment. Upon request, we will send the tracking number, which is useful for monitoring the delivery of the purchased goods.
Krollit di Sandra Gaspar cannot be held liable for any delays in processing the order or in delivery by the carrier. Claims for damages for any delays in delivery and the payment of penalties for late delivery are excluded.
Delivery is intended to be at street level unless otherwise communicated at the time of ordering and acceptance of the request by Krollit Sandra Gaspar.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the order confirmation, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape and strapping).
Any damage to the packaging or any discrepancies in the packages must be immediately reported by writing “RESERVED FOR INSPECTION” and specifying the reason for the reservation (e.g. “punctured packaging”, “crushed packaging”, “open package”) on the courier's consignment note.
The Customer is required to open the items within 1 day of delivery of the order to verify that it is complete and the products are intact.
Any problems regarding the physical integrity, completeness, or correctness of the products must be reported within 1 day of delivery by sending an email to info@krollit.com.

7.1 Warehouse stock levels may not be synchronized in real time, so some products on the site may not be currently available in stock.
In case the goods are not available in stock, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will take care of:

If the customer orders on the krollit.com website without requesting availability and the machine is not available, Sandra Gaspar's Krollit will consider the order as a pre-order.
In this case, the customer is required to inquire about the shipping times of the goods from the parent company by contacting Krollit di Sandra Gaspar by email or telephone.
Upon acceptance of the pre-order or the conditions of purchase (on krollit.com), Krollit di Sandra Gaspar undertakes to deliver the product to the customer within the established times.
The customer is required to pay a cancellation fee to the Supplier if he decides not to complete the purchase within the shipping times communicated by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar.
7.3 Product prices may be subject to market fluctuations compared to those listed in pre-orders. In such cases, Krollit will notify the buyer of the new price. The buyer may cancel the order by simply refunding the pre-order deposit.
7.4 Pre-order Payment Methods:
First Tranche – Advance Payment: The advance payment is required to confirm the start of your pre-order. This amount, once paid, confirms your intent to purchase the pre-ordered product and helps ensure its availability. It's important to note that the advance payment is non-refundable.
Second Tranche – Balance of Payment: The second tranche of payment, corresponding to the remaining amount of the pre-order, will be required before the merchandise is shipped. This payment must be made within 10 days of the requested merchandise becoming available. Only after the full balance has been paid will the pre-ordered product be shipped.
Pre-Order Deposit: If you choose to pre-order a product through our website or via a quote, please note that any deposit paid to confirm the pre-order is non-refundable. The deposit serves to guarantee your purchase intention and to support the management of the pre-orders themselves.
Pre-Order Timeframe: Krollit communicates the estimated timeframe for pre-ordering a product to its customers. However, this timeframe is purely indicative. Delays in production or delivery of products may occur, regardless of our initial estimates. Therefore, Krollit declines all responsibility for any manufacturing delays that may affect the expected delivery timeframe.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1 If the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not indicate a VAT number on the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
8.2 The Customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written communication to the email address info@krollit.com within the time limits established by law, indicating the reason why he or she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
8.3 To exercise this right, the customer must follow the procedure established by law. The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
– The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised will be made within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
– The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following mandatory conditions:
– the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attached software, etc.);
– the right does not apply to: products made to measure or clearly personalized;
– The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box whenever possible. Avoid placing labels or tape directly on the product's original packaging.

– In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will notify the customer of the incident (within 4 working days), allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Krollit di Sandra Gaspar is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments;
– Upon arrival at the Supplier's warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will deduct a percentage, no more than 10% of the refund due, as a contribution to repair costs.
8.4 The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Krollit di Sandra Gaspar ascertains:
– the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
– the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.) or anomalies in the product itself;
– damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

9.1 All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and by a 24-month warranty for private individuals and a 12-month warranty for VAT-registered businesses for defects. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the document received with the goods.
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 applies to products with a defect, provided that they are used correctly, in accordance with their intended use and as provided in the accompanying technical documentation. The defect must be reported, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months of the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. In any case, any action against the seller expires twenty-six months after delivery of the goods.
This guarantee is reserved for private consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order).
9.2 In the event of a defect, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will, at no cost to the Customer, indicate one or more service centers to repair the defect. In such cases, please contact Krollit di Sandra Gaspar at info@krollit.com, which will provide all the information regarding the service centers.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair, replacement, or an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with Article 130 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Product repair or replacement times depend exclusively on the manufacturer and the assistance center and no damages can be claimed from Krollit di Sandra Gaspar for any delays.

These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, and termination of the distance selling contract, if the Customer is a private consumer pursuant to art. 63 of Legislative Decree 205/2006, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy.
