Technical Specifications
Posiziona la macchina in bolla (1460×920×2470 mm; 366 kg) e fissala al pavimento se necessario. Collega l’alimentazione 400 V e l’aspirazione (2×Ø100 mm). Monta il nastro 5611×38×0,65 mm – 2 TPI, centra sui volani, imposta tensione e tracking, avvicina la guida a 3 rulli (senza toccare i denti), allinea la battuta longitudinale e fai un taglio di prova.
La HBS 800 E supporta lame 19–50 mm. Per rifenditura (resaw) su grandi altezze usa 32–50 mm con dentatura rada (2–3 TPI) per stabilità e evacuazione truciolo. Per curve/sagome scegli 19–25 mm con TPI più fitti. Adegua tensione e avanzamento al legno (duro/tenero).
1080 m/min è perfetta per rifenditura veloce e tagli su masselli/pannelli spessi. Su essenze dure mantieni avanzamento regolare con denti radi; su legni teneri puoi aumentare leggermente l’avanzamento, mantenendo aspirazione efficiente per finitura pulita.
Il tavolo in ghisa 640×500 mm (con estensione 200×500 mm) inclina da −5° a +45°. Imposta l’angolo, blocca le leve e verifica con uno scarto. Usa la battuta longitudinale con lente per tagli paralleli e la battuta obliqua per angoli ripetitivi. Altezza piano: 1040 mm per ergonomia.
Centra la lama sui volani, applica la giusta tensione (più larga ⇒ più tensione), regola i 3 rulli vicino al dorso del nastro, allinea la battuta alla linea di taglio e usa avanzamento costante. Per altezze fino a 470 mm, preferisci lame larghe 32–50 mm per massima stabilità.
Collega entrambe le bocche Ø 100 mm a un aspiratore adeguato. Mantieni tubi corti e curve ampie per massima portata. Un’aspirazione efficiente migliora finitura, sicurezza e durata della lama, specialmente alla velocità di 1080 m/min.
Motore trifase 400 V: 4,5 kW (S1 100%) / 5,8 kW (S6 40%). Il freno motore riduce rapidamente l’inerzia della lama quando premi stop o in emergenza, aumentando la sicurezza durante regolazioni e cambio nastro.
Puoi sostenere pannelli ampi grazie all’estensione 200×500 mm; per pezzi lunghi usa rulli/banchetti di supporto in entrata e uscita per mantenere il pezzo in piano, ridurre vibrazioni e preservare la precisione su larghezze fino a 800 mm e altezze 470 mm.
Pulisci tavolo/carter, verifica periodicamente cuscinetti guida, tensione e tracking, usura volani e cinghie; lubrifica i punti previsti. Per il cambio: spegni e scollega; allenta tensione, apri carter, rimuovi lama; monta nuova 5611×38×0,65 mm, centra, ritensiona, regola i 3 rulli; prova a mano e poi su scarto.
