Description
This model is suitable for processing workpieces weighing up to 900 kg and a grinding surface of up to 1700 x 560 mm. Thanks to its extensive standard features, including computer-controlled vertical feed, a parallel extractor with micrometric adjustment, a magnetic plate with demagnetization device, and a 2-axis digital display, this model offers customers an optimal service package.

Technical Specifications
La smerigliatrice offre alta rigidità, tavola idraulica fluida, controllo Siemens PLC per cicli automatizzati e capacità di lavoro fino a 900 kg.
La smerigliatrice è equipaggiata con due piastre magnetiche da 500 x 800 mm ciascuna, che permettono di bloccare pezzi fino a 900 kg.
Con il PLC Siemens puoi programmare avanzamento rapido, sgrossatura, finitura e ritorno automatico alla posizione iniziale della smerigliatura.
La macchina consente una corsa longitudinale di 1700 mm, una trasversale di 560 mm e una distanza mola-tavola fino a 600 mm.
La smerigliatrice viene consegnata su pallet protetto con tutti gli accessori inclusi: piastre magnetiche, DRO, mola, sistema di raffreddamento, utensili e smagnetizzatore.
