Description
The Solid 460 Pro universal lathe was specifically designed for the economical production of single parts and small series with high precision. Even the basic equipment includes all the essential accessories, making this machine versatile for a wide range of applications.

Technical Specifications
Il tornio deve essere posizionato su pavimentazione solida. Utilizza i piedini livellatori per mettere in bolla longitudinale e trasversale. Dopo il fissaggio, controlla l’allineamento tra mandrino e contropunta con una barra di prova.
La distanza tra le punte è di 1000 mm. Diametro massimo tornibile: 460 mm sul banco, 690 mm sull’incavo e 270 mm sul carro. Passaggio barra: 80 mm.
Avanzamenti longitudinali: 0,055–3,065 mm/giro. Avanzamenti trasversali: 0,025–1,386 mm/giro. Filettature metriche (41): 0,1–14 mm. Filettature in pollici (60): 2–112 TPI.
Il visualizzatore digitale mostra i movimenti sugli assi X e Z, con possibilità di memorizzare quote, azzerare gli assi e gestire calcoli rapidi. Migliora la precisione e riduce i tempi di lavorazione.

Sono compatibili utensili ISO standard per tornitura esterna, interna, troncatura e filettatura. Controlla sempre che l’altezza punta sia centrata a 230 mm per garantire la massima precisione.
