Description
The Solid 460 Pro universal lathe was specifically designed for the economical production of single parts and small batches with high precision. The basic package already includes all essential accessories, making this machine versatile and suitable for universal use.

Technical Specifications
Posiziona il tornio su superficie solida e in piano, regola i piedini livellatori e verifica la bolla longitudinale e trasversale. Dopo il fissaggio, controlla l’allineamento contropunta–mandrino con una barra di prova.
La distanza tra le punte è di 1500 mm. Diametro massimo tornibile: 460 mm sul banco, 690 mm sull’incavo e 270 mm sul carro. Passaggio barra: 80 mm.
Avanzamenti longitudinali: 0,055–3,065 mm/giro, trasversali: 0,025–1,386 mm/giro. Filettature metriche (41): 0,1–14 mm. Filettature in pollici (60): 2–112 TPI.
Il DRO mostra i movimenti sugli assi X/Z e su un terzo asse opzionale. Permette di azzerare, memorizzare quote, calcolare spostamenti e lavorare con maggiore precisione. Prima della lavorazione, azzera sempre i riferimenti e blocca il pezzo.

Motore con freno magnetico, pedale freno CE, frizione di sicurezza, protezioni sugli utensili e sugli organi in movimento, paraspruzzi e illuminazione LED. Sempre utilizzare DPI e seguire le norme di sicurezza.
Rimuovere i trucioli dopo l’uso, lubrificare regolarmente le guide, controllare livelli dell’olio e refrigerante, verificare periodicamente bulloni e protezioni. La prima carica è fornita con Shell Tellus 46.
La torretta a 40 posizioni è compatibile con portautensili dedicati e inserti ISO standard. Sono supportati utensili per tornitura esterna, interna, troncatura e filettatura. Controlla sempre l’altezza punta rispetto al centro (230 mm).
