Technical Specifications
Posiziona la macchina in bolla (875×740×1740 mm), collega alimentazione (230 V o 400 V) e aspirazione (2×Ø100 mm). Monta il nastro 3345×25×0,6 mm (3 TPI), centra sui volani, imposta tensione e tracking, regola le guide con cuscinetti a sfera, allinea la battuta longitudinale e fai un taglio di prova.
La HBS 400 N supporta larghezze 9,5–37 mm. Per rifenditura usa nastri larghi (25–37 mm) con pochi denti (3–4 TPI). Per curve e sagome preferisci 10–16 mm con TPI più fitti. Mantieni il nastro affilato e adegua tensione/avanzamento al tipo di legno.
420 m/min: legni duri, pezzi spessi, controllo superiore e finitura più pulita. 840 m/min: legni teneri e lavorazioni rapide su grandi superfici. In ogni caso regola l’avanzamento per evitare vibrazioni e surriscaldamento del nastro.
Centra la lama sui volani, imposta corretta tensione (più larga ⇒ più tensione), regola la guida a cuscinetti vicino al dorso del nastro (senza toccare i denti), allinea la battuta alla linea di taglio e usa avanzamento uniforme. Un nastro largo e affilato riduce il drift.
Il tavolo 450×560 mm inclina da −5° a +45°. Imposta l’angolo, blocca le leve e verifica con uno scarto; usa la battuta obliqua per ripetibilità e la battuta longitudinale con lente per misure rapide. Altezza tavolo: 890 mm per ergonomia ottimale.
Collega un aspiratore adeguato alla portata richiesta alle due bocche Ø100 mm. Mantieni tubazioni corte e curve ampie: migliora la visibilità, la sicurezza e la finitura, prolungando la vita del nastro.
Potenza S1 100%: 2,2 kW (3,0 CV) – S6 40%: 3,0 kW (4,0 CV). Tensione: 230 V/400 V. Il motore con freno arresta rapidamente la lama alla disattivazione o in emergenza, riducendo il tempo di inerzia per maggiore sicurezza.
Il fermo motore è l’arresto rapido della macchina (con freno motore) tramite il dispositivo di comando: pulsante di stop/emergenza e comandi start/stop. Usalo per bloccare immediatamente il nastro in caso di anomalia o durante regolazioni/cambio lama.
Pulisci tavolo e carter, controlla periodicamente cuscinetti guida, stato e tensione del nastro, centraggio sui volani, cinghie delle velocità e serraggi. Sostituisci il nastro se compaiono deviazioni/bruciature. Verifica l’efficienza del freno motore.
