Technical Specifications
Posiziona la macchina in bolla (930×880×1865 mm; ~220 kg), collega l’alimentazione 230/400 V e l’aspirazione Ø 100 mm. Monta il nastro 3500×25×0,62 mm – 3,5 TPI, centra sui volani, imposta tensione e tracking, avvicina la guida a 3 rulli (senza toccare i denti), allinea la battuta longitudinale con lente e fai un taglio di prova.
La HBS 510 supporta larghezze 10–40 mm. Per rifenditura usa nastri larghi 25–40 mm con dentatura rada (2–3,5 TPI). Per curve/sagome preferisci 10–16 mm con TPI più fitti per raggio stretto. Adegua sempre tensione e avanzamento al tipo di legno e alla dentatura.
La velocità è fissa a 600 m/min. Usa avanzamento moderato su legni duri (TPI più basso) e più regolare su legni teneri. Se senti vibrazioni o bruciature, riduci l’avanzamento, verifica affilatura e pulizia del nastro.
Il tavolo 490×590 mm inclina 0°–45°. Imposta l’angolo, blocca le leve e verifica con uno scarto. Per tagli paralleli usa la battuta longitudinale con lente; per angoli ripetitivi impiega la battuta obliqua. Altezza piano: 940 mm per ergonomia ottimale.
Centra la lama sui volani in ghisa, imposta la giusta tensione (più larga ⇒ più tensione), regola la guida a 3 rulli vicino al dorso del nastro senza toccare i denti, allinea la battuta alla linea di taglio e usa avanzamento costante. Lame larghe e affilate riducono il drift.
Collega un aspiratore al bocchello Ø 100 mm. Mantieni tubi corti e curve ampie per massima portata. Un’aspirazione efficiente migliora la finitura, riduce polvere e prolunga la vita del nastro e dei cuscinetti guida.
Motore S1 100% 2,2 kW (3,0 CV); S6 40% 3,0 kW (4,0 CV). Tensione 230 V/400 V. Verifica protezioni (magnetotermico + differenziale) e sezione cavi adeguata secondo normativa.
Pulisci tavolo/carter, controlla periodicamente i 3 rulli guida, il centraggio e la tensione del nastro, lo stato dei volani e delle cinghie. Lubrifica i punti previsti dal manuale e sostituisci la lama se compaiono bruciature, vibrazioni o deviazioni.
Spegni e scollega. Allenta la tensione, apri i carter, rimuovi la lama. Monta la nuova 3500×25×0,62 mm (3,5 TPI), centra sui volani, reimposta tensione in base alla larghezza (10–40 mm), regola tracking e i 3 rulli guida. Fai girare a mano per controlli, poi prova su scarto.
