Technical Specifications
Posiziona in bolla la macchina (1030×1060×1190 mm; ~110 kg), collega alimentazione 400 V e aspirazione Ø 100 mm. Controlla tensione/centraggio del nastro K100, imposta spessore pezzo (5–80 mm), regola l’altezza tavolo (680 mm) e fai una passata di prova con avanzamento 0,5 m/min.
Larghezza max 560 mm (fino a 1120 mm in doppio passaggio), spessore 5–80 mm, lunghezza minima 60 mm. Per pezzi lunghi usa le estensioni tavolo 245×580 mm per lato (piano principale 500×580 mm) e, se necessario, rulli di supporto esterni.
750 giri/min: sgrossatura, legni duri, pezzi delicati alla bruciatura. 1400 giri/min: finitura più fine su legni teneri o dopo pre-calibratura. In ogni caso regola l’avanzamento (0,5–3 m/min) per evitare rigature e surriscaldamento.
Per forte asportazione: K60–K80. Per calibratura standard: K100 (in dotazione). Per finitura: K120–K150. Meglio più passate leggere che una profonda: ottieni planarità e riduci bruciature. Pulizia/aspirazione efficiente migliora la resa del nastro.
Estrai le prolunghe 245×580 mm sui due lati, allineale alla quota del piano (500×580 mm) e verifica che il pezzo scorra libero. Per pannelli molto lunghi, aggiungi cavalletti a rullo in entrata/uscita per mantenere la linearità.
Collega un impianto all’attacco Ø 100 mm con tubo corto e curve ampie. Un’aspirazione efficace migliora finitura, riduce l’intasamento del nastro e allunga la vita del rullo e dei cuscinetti. Pulisci regolarmente filtri/sacchi.
Pulizia quotidiana del piano/aspirazione, controllo tensione e tracking del nastro, verifica rullo Ø130×565 mm e cinghie. Sostituisci il nastro se noti bruciature, calo di resa, rigature o strappi. Conserva i nastri in luogo asciutto, lontano da calore diretto.
Motore 1,5 kW (2,0 CV) a 400 V. Verifica protezioni (magnetotermico + differenziale) e sezione cavi adeguata. Prima di regolazioni o cambio nastro: arresta e scollega l’alimentazione.
