Frequently Asked Questions

Place the panel on the carriage with the side to be cut facing the blade. Clamp the piece with the square fence and check that it is firmly seated. For parallel cuts, use the telescopic stop with millimeter scale. Advance the carriage with a steady, jerk-free push, keeping your hands well away from the blade. For angled cuts, tilt the blade using the front knob with scale.
1. Electrical connection compliant with voltage (230V or 400V)
2. Blade mounted and tightened correctly
3. Blade guard in place
4. No objects on the plane
5. Connected suction (tube Ø 100 mm)
6. Free and smooth sliding carriage
7. Emergency switch active
After these checks, turn on the machine without material and check that the blade rotates correctly and without vibrations.
Daily: cleaning of the table, blade, carriage guides and suction nozzle.
Weekly: check screw tightening, check blade wear and scoring, grease carriage guides.
Monthly: check belt tension, lubricate blade tilt axis, clean inside engine compartment.
Use only non-silicone, residue-free lubricants. The machine must always be turned off and unplugged before any maintenance.
Use compressed air to remove chips from the guide, table, and slide. For cast iron surfaces, use a rust-preventing spray or fine oil. Clean the blade with a cloth dampened with a neutral solvent. Do not use water or abrasive products. Every week, open the covers and clean any residual dust around the motor and belt.
Change the blade when you notice burns on the cut, excessive noise, or strain on the motor. Turn off the machine, unplug it, and follow the instructions in the manual:
1. Remove the protective cover
2. Lock the blade with the supplied key
3. Unscrew the central nut (in the opposite direction of rotation)
4. Replace the blade and tighten securely
Make sure the new blade is compatible with the diameter and bore. Use only sharp, certified blades.
Yes. For bevel cuts, adjust the blade from 0° to 45° using the front scale. For 90° cuts, use the sliding table with miter fence. If you need to make compound cuts (bevel and angled), you can combine blade tilt and fence adjustment. Always test on scrap pieces before making the final cut.
Yes, an external vacuum cleaner is required. The machine has a 100 mm vacuum outlet. It is strongly recommended that it be connected at all times to prevent dust, buildup, and premature wear. The vacuum cleaner is not included but is compatible with any workshop model with a 100 mm connection.
Check that the blade is properly tightened and not worn. Check the alignment between the blade and the sliding carriage (it can be adjusted). Make sure the workpiece is properly clamped and that the carriage slides smoothly. If vibrations persist, check the tightness of the internal supports and the tension of the belts.
