Description
The Profi 700 PRO lathe, thanks to its wide speed range of up to 3000 rpm and its many features (e.g. three-phase motor with frequency converter, P5 quality main spindle bearing, micrometric longitudinal stop for series work, slip clutch, ....) is the ideal model for the demanding user.
Property
- Precision three-jaw chuck with steel guide for speeds up to 3000 rpm as standard
- Equipped with Delta frequency converter for high torque at low speeds and at approximately constant speeds under load
- Main spindle positioning with subsequently adjustable tapered roller bearings of P5 quality
- Tailstock chuck and handwheel with adjustable graduation (0.02 mm)
- Extended application range thanks to the subsequently adjustable milling jaw (optional)
- High concentricity of the hardened spindle nose ≤ 0.009 mm
- Robust bed with hardened and inductively ground guide
- Upper slide sliding in the direction of the x-axis
- Equipped with continuous speed regulation; the set speed is read on a digital display
